1.8 Do not disclose your login credentials to third parties, except for the Applications.
1.9 You must continuously monitor the Application while it is active.
1.10 If you lack understanding of trading principles or do not accept the associated risks, do not use the Application.
1.11 Use of the Application must comply with your local laws and regulations.
1.12 Information from the Application represents opinions and does not constitute investment advice.
1.13 Your decisions based on information provided by the Applications are your responsibility.
1.14 The Application developers do not offer financial services; using the Application does not imply such.
1.15 Your choice to use the Applications on a Demo or Live account is your responsibility.

2.5 The Applications analyze market data to identify trading opportunities.
2.6 Trades are executed based on the Application’s internal strategies and algorithms.
2.7 The Application can manage multiple trades simultaneously.
2.8 Trade management is controlled by the Application’s strategies and algorithms.
2.9 Trades executed are irreversible and affect your Account balance.
2.10 All trading decisions are made locally on your device.
2.11 You can terminate the Applications at any time, but trades will not be affected.
2.12 You accept full responsibility for using the Application.
2.13 You waive rights to compensation for financial losses.
2.14 Use of the Applications does not guarantee profits and involves risks.
2.15 Manual modifications may disrupt the Application’s strategy.
2.16 Internal algorithms may change without notice, possibly resulting in errors.

3. *PRIVACY AND SECURITY*
3.1 Login credentials are saved locally for convenience, and you are responsible for their security.
3.2 Only API Keys with limited permissions may be used; those allowing fund transfers are prohibited.
